Refund policy

Mochi is free to download, so you can try her for as long as you like before buying Pro.
Mochi Pro
Mochi Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features on one Mac. Purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your receipt comes from Paddle.
If something's wrong
If Pro doesn't work for you, email us at hello@toebeanstudio.app within 14 days of buying, with your receipt. We'll help you fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, its licence key stops working and Mochi goes back to the free version. Your settings and memories stay on your Mac.
Your rights
This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live, or under Paddle's buyer terms.
